Babbel – Learn Spanish App Reviews

It works for me. If you have discipline, it will work for you too.

New version, same old bugs. Normally, I would rate your software much higher, because the content is good. However, since you chose to neglect bug reports since several versions and the review manager - a core functionality and an essential part of the learning experience - is broken since at least 3 versions (you know nobody wants to type full sentences including commas and punctuation; also some wrong answers yield the following question to be leapfrogged without interaction), I have no other choice to express my really bad user experience with this Babbel product.

Really good app!!!!! Easy to use and a lot cheaper then some of those other language programs. Its a useful supplement to use if you are taking Spanish lessons or studying Spanish.

At first Babbel was easy in learning a language, then all of the sudden words that I have never seen before. Theres a lot of courses to take, and if you can finish all of the, Im pretty sure you will become fluent in whatever language you are taking. Babbel is GREAT!

Great app but certainly not a full app as advertised unless a full app is one lesson then you pay $12. A month

This app was excellent. Not any more. The latest update resulted in the app crashing right after it opens on the 4s with iOS7. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. I love the Babbel program and relied heavily on the app. Please fix!

Overall a great app. Will be better to have the capacity to review vocabulary even when there is nothing due. Would appreciate also to redo specific exercise without dooing the whole class.

Perfect app for those who have some knowledge of the Spanish alphabet. Reviews are very good and you can do them more than once. Lets you go at your own pace. Best app so far I have used. Negative- I like to see my scores and see my progress.

Everything still working great on ipad2. Agree with other reviwers, doing the vocab reviews or individual activities without having to do whole modules again would be helpful. I feel like i am making a lot of progress due in large part to the app.

This is a very practical way to learn a language, with the App you can bring it everywhere and its updated with your account. I think it is worth the yearly subscription! Great App!

So far so good. I like the progression and that it give conversation as you go.

I love this little app. It is quick to do a little lesson. I love the repetition - I need to hear the say word over and over. It is fun too!

Ive noticd this trend of quizzing without actual instruction. Learn by guessing and then having to remember the correction is not for me. Some games or animation would be a preferred method of learning. Quiz me after Ive actually learned it.

I have tried many other language learning apps but this one tops them all. Totally worth the cost. Easy to use and easy to understand. I highly recommend it.

Now active for a week. A great complement to the version on my laptop. Keep on learning while on the move. I use the French version and noticed that sometimes it does not accept my entries (last 1 to 3 letters) to complete requested translations creating an error in the score. Hopefully this will be quickly corrected. Overall it is excellent and do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone learning another language. Gracias. Update: I have now been using it for a few months and adore the flexibility to learn on the go. There have been some small itches with the program that were quickly resolved by their experts. I fully recommend this ap, especially if you travel much and little time to sit in front of a desktop.
